It's not an uncommon name and you were obviously not reading about our William Moreno. According to his felony arrest warrant, the local pedophile William Moreno was 5'8" and 200 lbs. That information, however, was derived from unverified, self-reported stats on his driving license. Miz is noticeably shorter than eesh, who is 5'8". Those who have seen Miz in person place his height at 5'6" to 5'7". Miz has put on weight since Lizzie and his fellow pedophile/roommate/gay lover Chris Tator were sent back to prison. In recent photos he appears to be closer to 250 lbs.

The entire Moreno Crime Family resembles garden gnomes. William is only a couple inches taller than his mother, who is around 5'2" and wearing heels in this photo.
The DMV accepts what ever height you tell them, as long as the number is within reason.
