The amusing thing is I dont know a Dem that wouldnt lock her up with half the evidence against trump. Trump and GOP control all and can investigate everything they want - why dont they launch an investigation?

Where is the quote of him saying this? That’s a pretty declarative statement to make but it is not reported anywhere.

I no longer believe our legal system can survive.

There seems to be no liability as to gerrymandered democrat areas to following any laws.

Today we have AG who tell the public they have a plan to use their position and career to STALK, JAIL (WHICH INCLUDES A CHANCE OF DEATH), THE PRESIDENT.

We have courts which can make highly disputed political opinions. Politicians ignore the decisions.

We have people convicted the news never reports upon even when requested: one of the most suspicious activities - that news is affiliated with County executives who hire the Judges.

Judges are no longer "much more educated" than the regular citizen. They are the bottom of the pack: a liberal arts degree with little required science mixed in.

There must be made a system of accounting.

Of challenging the record upon scientific basis (facts not opinions).

Of making Judges liable for having a corrupted record full of decisions based made without facts.

The system must rely on a check and balance.

The checks CANNOT be done by other Judges (a biased party in such a matter), nor Politicians.

But government workers are now well known favoring government in all cases: so toss them out too. Internal investigations is a joke. College or University boards are all now whores of federal funding promises.

While finding a proper check and balance isn't easy doesn't mean it isn't needed.

The actual complication arises in COST and the fact people who NEED a review can't muster people or pay them.

And for that reason (NEW cost complications of reviewing rulings due to an over-priced and un-ruly government), un-educated liberal arts majors (Harvard Judges) should not be allowed.

Politicians? NO: the law is they must stay 500 ft away from court decisions and tainting judges: for VERY GOOD REASONS. politicians are corrupt.

Scientists: well. They are expensive. Many are actually government employees and government employees have proven to be not trustworthy: they are political agenda rats who have a high probability of favoring government in all matters.
