why do women say they cant work weekends?

Why do Middle age women's with kids think they can't work on weekend because they have families? This Rostia lady says she can't work on the weekends because she has to take care of her kids, I don't think is fair just because she cant close her legs doesn't mean she should be rewarded with being off weekends.
