Obama is correct: Nobody from his administration got indicted while he was in office. But, now that he's out of office, things are going to change for him. Trump has no reason to be scared. Obama, on the other hand, is pacing the hallways just like Hillary is at 3:00 a.m.

Holder and Lynch refused to recuse themselves in making the decision and both decided not to appoint a special counsel.

If Trump doesn't appoint one for the Clinton Foundation, he's insane. That's the one that will open up the email server too, which might lead to all sorts of juicy stuff.
