No, he lost in the recount. Instead, Mississippi has elected their first woman senator! History has been made!

As to the statistics that were posted in another thread about Mississippi being the poorest, least educated state, etc. - while that might be true, it's just a sign of how corrupt politicians have screwed over the state. Just the same with Detroit, etc.

Also, Gerry's just bitter. He keeps dreaming about a massive blue wave in 2020. We'll just let him keep dreaming about that wave.

Fun Fact: Mississippi was settled mostly by people from Virginia. They are our people too.
