it's well known in other countries if the government needs a fall guy to "convince the public they are reacting not stealing" , they will just go set some guy up and murder the guy. the news? will read whatever they want it to read.

there's no point in thinking DC would never stoop so low: because they already have in the past

DC? kidding? fuckers are caught leasing buildigs to government when government isn't even in the building. they'll kill you if you rat on them and aren't a protected individual like, say, Sean Hannity is.

as a motive for agreeing that DC needs a new spending project? not a chance in hell. they already get money to keep the metro safe btw.
