Gerry, I need to break some news to you. Texas is NOT going to elect O'Rourke.

The Dems could very well have a great day elsewhere in the country, but i'm pretty sure cruz is safe.

Granted, it would be amusing if cruz somehow lost, as he and trump would engage in a brutal twitter storm blaming each other. But seriously, I would give Cruz about a 98% chance of winning.

I didn't say Ted Cruz would lose. But he will be given a run for his money. And it is very much possible he does lose. Like I said turnout in Virginia a year ago was unprecedented. A voting population emerged no one knew existed.

Look at Michigan. Stabenow's lead was 6.5 and then we get this squirrelly Detroit local black news station poll that has her at +17. Would love to see the internals on that one. I doubt they polled anyone outside of 5 miles from their station in downtown Detroit. Oh, the let down is going to be hard next week for the democrats. Not as juicy as 2016, but lol funny nonetheless.

Because his opponent had twice as much money and 95% positive press both locally, statewide and nationally. And, as others have said, Cruz is a naturally dislikeable person. I doubt he'd be able to win anywhere other than Texas or Oklahoma.
