there is Freedom of Speech (freedom to truthfully say if any official is doing something corrupt but not freedom to lie - not freedom to be CNN)

there is freedom to send a (single, few, not spamming) letter of protest to an Official - infact it's called a "Right of Redress" in the Constitution

HOWEVER, if the letter's intent is to appear to be fatal - that is misuse of the united states postal service, by sending a letter you enter an agreement you are not "using them to carry what will be illegal"

not all scary letters of protest are illegal. i'm still WAITING FOR EVIDENCE.

Being this photo CAME FROM CNN'S OFFICES, I THINK IT SHOULD BE STRUCK FROM THE RECORD ENTIRELY, unless for some other reason it "proves itself"

(1) CNN is lying news completely with motive to create such a fabrication - also having the staff to complete a fabrication

(2) CNN has a mail room and the Post Office that serves them likely has corrupt persons in it. (ie, suspiciously lost legal mail)
