Obvious question why should they pay if she can't prove she didn't touch the trigger or didn't fail to maintain (repair) the gun?

Obvious question is this thing where some demcorat judge "awards her" to get $10M more into their town and a good stab at usa gunmakers dems so much hate?

Of course. Faulty dangerous products deserve a lawsuit. That's how Trump got rich. Lots of lawsuits against vendors he hired.
