Plus it isn't "illegal" it is a civil action. Unless of course the friend is contending the members of Blackout Band are "females of chaste character." If she is contending that, she may be the one committing the "illegal" act of libel.
FROM THE VA CODE:
ยง 18.2-417. Slander and libel.
Any person who shall falsely utter and speak, or falsely write and publish, of and concerning any female of chaste character, any words derogatory of such female's character for virtue and chastity, or imputing to such female acts not virtuous and chaste, or who shall falsely utter and speak, or falsely write and publish, of and concerning another person, any words which from their usual construction and common acceptation are construed as insults and tend to violence and breach of the peace or shall use grossly insulting language to any female of good character or reputation, shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
The defendant shall be entitled to prove upon trial in mitigation of the punishment, the provocation which induced the libelous or slanderous words, or any other fact or circumstance tending to disprove malice, or lessen the criminality of the offense.

So you are associated with the family and they gave you permission to speak "for them"? The "we're" ceretainly implies that. No wait, it doesn't imply anything. It says that you speak for Tugs family. Plain and simple.
If I were tugs family and I had not asked you to speak for us, I would sue your ass.
And the "authorities"... Which authorities do you speak of? Fairfax County Police? FBI? CIA? GALA? MTV? The Governor? Empy threat from an empty person.
Go ahead and contact the authorities. The first question they will ask is "who are you". Then Tugs family can sue you for speaking for them without their permission.
We discuss Fairfax County issues as well as other things. Yes, some of us get sarcastic and cynical. And some of us call eachother fags and talk about fisting a lot. Take the good with the bad. If you do not like it, I suggest you go somewhere else where people may take your empty threat seriousely.
We now return to the regularly scheduled program, already in progress.

I have never heard a singing or music playing Brat. Mainly, I have just grilled them and eaten them in the summer months. I may have to check out wherever in McLean the Brats are attempting music...
Are they accompanied by sauerkraut when they attempt music?

How about a "Fairfaxapolooza" music festival this summer featuring a "whose on first lineup" of Meade Skelton, Black Out Band, and the reunited "Inkahootz" band? I wouldn't go, but others might.

As long as I can sing the high part, and as long as it's not under a plasma TV, respectively.

I registered this one before the douchebags of the world got a chance. I openly stated this, too.

I thought you frowned upon people who used multiple handles.

Would I rather take my wife to see the reunited Inkahootz, or Riverdance? Huh, good question.
Inky, will you reunite the band for Fairfaxapolooza?

So the guy gave up the guitar, the one thing he could actually do musically, to focus entirely on his horrible singing?

You don't see the difference between openly saying, "Hey, this is my other screen name" and saying, "You guys win, I'm leaving, this is my last post" then coming back with a different name (pretending to be a different person) weeks later?
I use the John Wednesday name when I'm specifically referring to something directly related to John Wednesday. All 12 of my posts under that name should indicate that.

A la eesh/prada denim? Yes, there is a huge difference, since you freely admit to being John Wed.

Like I said, you freely admit to it, unlike that expensive jeans wearing guy (Prada Denim).
so what else is new about mclean va. a bunch of arrogant out of touch morons and their kids end up like their parents that is why they all percieve the outside world a threat. they are all paranoids with no brains or talent
Nice, a subtle impostor and a not so subtle impostor. Does this mean I'm poopular? Does this mean my/Harry Tuttle's/eesh's personality is again splitting off more delusional copies, hopefully culminating in a surprise twist suicide?! Stay tuned.
Oh hell no, the troll can go after Harry Tuttle all he wants, he's a big man, but when you mess with TIGERSTYLE, my precious, you have crossed the line.

It's menopause. Alias is experiencing all sorts of hormonal imbalances at her not-so nubile age.
EDIT: She probably is growing a moustache and unibrow too.
