this is true and untrue - depends on which person (if they are affiliated with gov contract work or not)

HOWEVER OP LIED - THE ARTICLE IS NOT ABOUT FAIRFAX IT'S ABOUT 'EVERWHERE IN GENERAL'

MONEY is not a philosophy or topic you "talk about"

it is disbursed or not, that's it, that's final

also: "things are better" is only applicable when it applies to everyone. it's obvious to anyone who's followed arguents for even part of a single day that fairfax isn't a place where anything applies equally as it should.
