Banquet is the real deal. Just cook it about 10 minutes longer than the directions say. Also, make sure you cook it on parchment paper. I usually line the pan with foil, then parchment paper. Makes for easier clean up.

I'm the confirmed bachelor. There were some problems at the begining of this way. One of the most serious problem was cooking. I don't like to cook and every time I have tried to cook something in the end it looked like the piece of shit. My problem has solved the best air fryer. That gook would buy BANQUET chicken EVERY FUCKING DAY FROM 7-11!
I was a Popeyes guy at the time.
Then, I tried it.....wow!

Up north there is a chain of markets called Shaws Supermarket. By far they have the best fried chicken, they have the batter down pat. You can buy like a chicken in a basket with giant potato wedges. The chicken is good as soon as you buy it. Reheating is not as good,

I buy a large box of spicy chicken from Popeyes and freeze it. Put a breast, thigh, drumstick in a ziplock freezer bag. Then when I am in the mood for chicken, I pull out a bag and cook them using the Banquet cooking directions. Works great.

Frying chicken is easy and damn good, but a mess and then what do you do with the fking oil etc. It's real easy to bread and bake chicken fingers or planks using cut up breasts, and it's way better than that frozen shit that's loaded with crap that'll kill ya.
