I doubt she gets charged at all. Look at his rap sheet. She can easily argue he was attacking her and she was fleeing. She should've waited til they were married though. I doubt she gets much of a payday now.

From reports so far, it looks like the argument may not have been between him and his woman, but more his woman and her family. I could be wrong, but that's kinda what it sounds like.
