You would lose that bet, but it's irrrelevant. As for tootguy, tt's quite possible Richard Moreno did serve honorably during his time in the service. However it is what he did and how he behaved in the years immediately prior to his death which are at issue. Being a military veteran does not give a person license to commit crimes, harass others, make false claims in court, etc. A DD-214 is not a magical lifetime get-out-of-jail-free card.

Perhaps the most significant failing of Richard Moreno was his decision to hire legal help instead of mental health help for his wayward son William. The Morenos have repeatedly stressed how helpless William is, yet they have failed to take a course of action to get him help and in the process they destroyed the rest of the family and made themselves into world-wide laughing stocks.
