Maybe I'm being too generous, but if she gives up cheeseburgers and fries and opts for entree salads, and hits the gym to help tone up, there's a chance she can avoid her current fate. But it won't be easy.

Seems at times she has her weight under control and she looks good in those pics. Then she has her "dark periods" and she eats to feel good. She's unstable and like others have said will get fatter over time.
