Here is the arrest report from Scottsdale; it's from last week though. Maxwell should be on the new one coming out Monday.

***The very first arrest is comical: Some kid busted for three overlapping offenses ~ drinking under 21, possessing alcohol, & having alcohol in his system !! (sounds like overkill, but I guess it's a lesson too)

It sounds like this guy just has problems with eating.
More details about his 'attitude' from another paper:
"Maxwell was in the news last week when he said he had been denied service at a Huntsville restaurant by a waiter for kneeling during the national anthem before Major League Baseball games.
The waiter, Matthew Henry, and the manager on duty at the time, Anne Whalen, have both said the incident did not occur as Maxwell related initially to TMZ Sports. They said there was a dispute with Maxwell's party at Keegan's Public House in Huntsville, but it didn't have anything to do with Maxwell's kneeling during the national anthem. In Maxwell's party of three, he was the only one who produced a valid ID, and so he was the only one who was served beer at the restaurant, Whalen said."
