You haven't lived until you've seen and heard a woman have an episiotomy during labor. It's like dull scissors cutting through flank steak. Of course, seeing and hearing it is still better than going through it.

Indeed, Smithers. Doesn't hurt as it's happening if the woman is smart enough to get an epidural, but it sure sucks after the drugs wear off!
