Apparently many 17 year olds think it is OK. There is a growing number of teens who choose not to get their license before turning 18.

I too did not get my license until I turned 18 40 years ago. I'm here to tell you it did not matter 1 little bit. I had been driving since I was 13 and continued to do so until I turned 18. So if OP is trying to punk someone with this thread he is a gay.
