Why haven't the police explained Stephen Paddock's chest wound? The police didn't shoot him so who did?

I imagine he was sitting up when he shot himself. The would have caused splatter out his mouth as his head snapped forward as the bullet exited the back of his head...same movement like if you were sneezing with no voluntary muscles left, right into your chest. Watch the Bud Dwyer video.
That's my guess, so no actual wound. If there is a wound, then it was a double tap. But are you saying they'll already reported they didn't shoot him (at all? Even after the fact?). I haven't heard that.
What is the motive to find some sort of conspiracy theory here? People watch too much tv. Or I guess people believe too much they see on tv. The "deep state"...lol paranoid tardz?
