Those seeking shelter from the storm should avoid those places selling Big Screens, alcohol and footware. Safe places for humans wishing to avoid the groid might include libraries and state employment offices.

I, for one, would like to go on record stating that such behavior is unacceptable. Big screens, Jordans, etc. ... hell, I don't even care if it is SKRIMPS .... stealing is wrong people.
