the photo appears to be from earlier "run over protestors" in the news - democrat rallies, where a drunk democrat ran over other democrats because they had someplace to go and became hostile that people didn't magically part a clean street for them to speed to their destination over the speed limit as usual

the traffic on the street was one lane only and involved 2 sedans, no truck was present
