I've always been pretty lucky in the "Weight Loss" regard, or not, however you look at it. I remember one time I was in a position for a week where I couldn't eat a whole lot, and I lost 25 lbs. in roughly 5 days (Which wasn't my intention by any means, and I wasn't working out or dieting). I've always needed higher than average levels of protein, and I can pretty much eat as much as two or three avg. people (It varies by day though).
