He put Rick Perry in charge of the Nukes even though Perry thought the Department of Energy was about oil and gas only. Pretty advanced stuff Trump is using - like 5D chess for sure.

NO its really not and he really didnt know Dept of Energy was in charge of nukes - for that matter neither did Trump. Recall Perry in the 2012 pres election said he wanted to eliminate the Dept of Energy (except he famously couldnt remember the name) - now why would someone vow to eliminate the part of the government in charge of our nuclear arsenal?
