Why is Trump continuing to allow US intelligence agency to operate with electronics made in China?

^^ repeat. it is not just a chip problem, it is also lack of clearing people who have access to changing American Standards to bullshit. personnel problem, lack of oversight of critical infrastructure (or rather the OBAMA over-sears were traitors).

these companies attacked public domain source (making fake contributions that are damaging)
they are "oligopolies" and force upgrades
because they attack their own customers they give up their rights to "freedom of choice", because choice is what they remove from others
