The OP, William Moreno, is alluding to the fact that he has been harassing and defaming several members of the Hickerson family. A few years ago a person linked to the Hickersons disappeared and police searched through septic tanks in vain attempts to locate him. William Moreno has suicidal tendencies and hopes that by continuing to bait and provoke the Hickersons he might end up in a septic tank.
