Again...Kaepernick doesn't have a job...because...he cannot...CANNOT...play.

Greg Hardy could play, so even though he fucked up his girl, the Cowboys thought he might still have something to contribute, he did, so they put him on the squad. He was not given a contract extension because he now, too...cannot...CANNOT play.

Professional sports executives responsible for evaluating talent, setting the draft board, going to the combine, making draft picks and signing free agents do not give a single fuck about whether a guy murdered someone...smoked crack...killed dogs and or ran a fighting dogs kennel. Nor do these executives care what your personal politics are.

Kaepernick had a played in SF and had a tryout in SEA. SF didn't extend him because he cannot play and SEA didn't think he could play either. These are two of the most liberally minded cities in the United States.

I just want my team to win. I don't care if they are faggots, niggers, criminals, liberals, democrats, gun owners, drug addicts, child molesters, etc...I do not give a fuck what they do on their own time. All I care about is do they show up on game day and do they contribute?
