Would be really funny if true. They have committed enough crimes to get Phillip, Karen, and David Trinnes all disbarred and do some jail time.

This is believable. Leisers have probably broken every ethics law pertaining to legal practice.

The VBA is a voluntary organization with almost no power over attorneys in Virginia. It is the Virginia State Bar that is the mandatory bar, and has the power to pull an attorney's license.
