Investigators looking at digital collusion as well now. Russian pro Trump fake news was highly targeted in specific areas that would have need high level American political know how. The Russians and Trump may have micro targeted Americans together.

Cambridge Analytica was the company that handled the micro targeting for the Trump Campaign. It's owned by the Mercer family which eventually appointed Steve Bannon to the Trump Campaign.
