Obama smeared Bush all the time. He set the trend now there's no turning back. Trump is the first republican to act as nasty as a democrat and the libs can't take it.

I am fine with much of Trump's reforms, but the Cuba reforms do make me scratch my head. I really cannot see any utility in rolling them back. His arguement for doing so is it deprives the Cuban armed forces of funds collected from tourism, but Cuba's military is back at least 2 or 3 decades in equipment, training and military doctrine. Whatever meager amount they earn from running SOME of Cuba's tourism ventures is not enough to undue decades of deglect and obselecence.
