When Trump said "Better not fire missiles during my presidency" What he really meant was test fire any time you damn feel like it.

Trump inherited a decent program to prevent and sabotage N. Korea missile tests. In March of this year, traitors to their country revealed the existence of this program to the media. This has allowed N. Korea to successfully thwart this program.

Trump has allowed so many intelligence leaks it's not even funny.

Trump himself is the biggest leaker of intelligence info. Hell.. Trump handed over classified information directly to the Russian ambassador.
