Where did you find that these undercover online cops "are generally creeps themselves?"
Same basic questions as asked in my last post.
If you believe that these cops are the creeps, does that mean you met them? Did they arrest you?
How many such cops did you meet?
If you haven't been arrested for involvement in trolling for underage persons, how would you ever have knowledge of the cops trying to catch real perverts who are predators?
On the other hand, maybe you're a cop doing this online and you want to encourage dumb people to do immoral and illegal things online so you can arrest them?
You claim that these police tactics to catch creeps are "not an effective or efficient way to protect children." Tell us the better tactics that you would use to catch or deter online creeps.
Lawbreakers love to blame the cops or others. Whether committing minor traffic infractions or running to serious crimes such as murder, there is always a reason why "it's not my fault," "it was unfair because the cop was hiding as I sped by," or "it was unfair of the cop to pretend to be 14 years old," or whatever.
LEAVE THE KIDS ALONE!
