Ok, who the fuckity fuck fuck made this gay ass law stating that if you're sitting in the seat of a parked car you can get a DUI???!!!!! I wasn't even driving shitheads!!!!! How the fuck do you get a DUI when you're not even driving? Keys out of the ignition and the engine is off. Fuck the police!!!!

As long as the keys were out of the ignition and no officer saw you drive it or put the keys in the ignition, it won't stand up in court.
Now they could get you for drunk in public, but they can't get you for DWI if nobody saw you drive it or with the keys in the ignition.
The 1 thing you might have to be careful of is if you have a Prius or something like that where all you need is the key in the car and you press a starter button. You might have a problem, there, but I don't know if any laws specifically deal with that. You might want to talk to legal aid.

The arrest is bogus but the crime is real. For a drunk driving charge to stick they don't have to prove you actually drove the car. Sitting in the drivers seat with the keys in the ignition is sufficient. There are other fact patterns which also will support a drunk driving conviction. If you are drunk and need to sleep it off in the car, then crawl into the back seat.
