We only spend 2% of our general revenue but it's still the highest in the country. Boy, do I feel safe now.

You feel safe enough to trust them with your life and the lives of your loved ones.
Didn't you say you don't need a gun for your safety because that's what the police are for?

So.... Do you feel safe, or don't you?

No - he doesn't want anyone to have guns, nor does he want to have the police department staffed. That way criminals can just do whatever the fuck they want to you and no one will give a shit - seeing as how the law abiding citizens will be unable to protect themselves, and 9-1-1 will just get you a recording that tells you their hours of operation are from 9-5, closed weekends.

Note your "commentary".

Based on your previous commentaries on taking guns from folks, not a leap to project where your logic takes us Vince. Maybe you should use logic sometime to understand how wigged out your BS is.

It is an interesting chart set btw. Check it out - Virginia has one of the lower tax rates, and yet some of the best revenue and spending on health care and other areas. Not an inordinately high incarceration rate either.

We do have the Second Highest Rate of Inmates put to Death however. Right behind Texas, oh YEAH. I know some friends who live next to one of the prisons that performs the Executions, and whenever they light the chair, their house lights dim. Creepy as hell.
