They had a big AIDS conference in Dee Cee a couple of years ago. ELton John and a couple of other prominent butt pirates and trout slurpers were there. They had to admit that the US Prexy who'd done the most to fight AIDS was Bush, Jr. They tried and tried to shame O'Bama into at least matching what Bush did, but never did succeed,

If you go to Africa and mention Bush, Jr, they touch their heads to the ground. In fact, some of the MOO-slim countries were trying to get the African countries to turn their backs on the US & Israel. The African leaders told the MOO-slim leaders "Look, we have this huge public health problem here. You might have heard of it. It's called AIDS. Bush, the British, the French & to a lesser extent, the Israelis are all coming in here bringing money, building clinics and hospitals (which they hire our locals to do) & bringing in doctors, medicine & other things to treat this. They're doing this while they send a lot of money to you, & you've done nothing with the first penny of it to help us out. So tell us, why should we hate those people? They're trying to help us, you're doing nothing for us."
