As was conjectured here before, Trump and associates were not wiretapped. They were recorded talking to foreign parties, most likely Russians, who were. Russians who were under FISA warrant for posing a security threat to the US.
Why would Trump and Company be making phone calls to people who threaten the security of the US? And how is Trump somehow now vindicated by this admission?

I suggest you actually read the FISA act before claiming it doesn't apply to Russians.
Also, if Trump was under surveillance it was because he was talking to people on the FISA hit list, not because of anything Obama did.
