I may have the dumbest neighbor on the planet

So while the sun was out yesterday and stuff was melting a little, most normal people got the snow off their cars while it was easy.
My neighbor, whose at least 50 with no kids, was out making snowmen in his front yard. So this morning, when he obviously has to go back to work, he's out there trying to clear the rock hard snow and ice off his car. He's already broken 2 scrapers and has now resorted to pouring boiling water all over the windows and doors. He also slipped and fell once. He's not done and yet and the car has not moved and he's gone back inside.
I was going to go tell him if he starts the car and gets it warmed up, it will be easier to get the ice off but fuck it, he's a grown man.

Yea I saw one of my neighbors beating her car with a piece of wood. Not sure why she would risk body damage to remove ice from her hood when all she had to do was run the engine for 10 min. Her cars are POSes anyway so why ruin her fun?

There may be lots of folks moving here from sunnier climates new to the new administration. They will have to experience what life is like in snowier and ice-prone climates. The only problem is, with them, they also have no idea how to drive in the snow and ice. They are treacherous to have to share a road with, as you have no idea when they might do out there when something goes wrong on the road..

He is always peeing at the end of his driveway. Hopefully one day he'll get caught and have to register as a sex offender. That would be funny as fuck!
