He said: “This is a mass murder. There’s no other explanation for it. I believe that one of the pilots in the cockpit took the aircraft and landed it deliberately in the ocean so that it would remain basically in one piece and sink to the bottom, and never be seen again.”
The first piece of wreckage found was a manually-operated part from the plane wing, with Williams-Thomas remarking: “What’s crucial about this piece of wreckage is that it was found in the extended position which could only have been done by the pilot to land the plane.”
That's pretty hard to do though. Was MH370 before the miracle on the Hudson? Before that pilots didn't even know it was possible on a commercial airliner.

Dude had flight simulators up your curry ass. He practiced that ocean landing 10,000 times.
So he ran it out of fuel so there would be no oil slick, killed the co pilot and then made a perfect landing into ocean currents that are known for rough weather.
He also needed to kill the whole plane in the air first by cutting their oxygen. Because with a perfect landing they would escape and leave through the emergency exits and leave debris.
they stole a boeing and tried to get insurance to pay for it
there is no aircraft found yet, nor any bodies.

No, no human remains were ever recovered. The Flaperon from MH370's Right wing washed ashore at Reunion Island in April 2015, but was not treated as part of MH370 until late July 2015. Subsequently the Spanish manufacturer matched a serial number with Boeing 777 registered 9M-MRO.
