eesh has discovered how to game the system so that he has just enough money to get by, but not so much that he has to have a bank account or any other form of traceable assets.

it's impressive how far $2004 can go when you don't have to pay rent or make a car payment.

is it your speal that illegals in the area don't own cars and don't drive

you would be lying to people who sit in traffic that is often %95 foreigners with bad driving manners - many who likely don't have licenses or bought them from DMV run by illegals (are obviously clueless about rules of the road)
