Obesity has nothing to do with height. It is a matter of body composition. Two people can be the exact same height and weight and one is a tub of lard and obese, whereas the other in perfect shape.

Trump is a fat fuck though.

He does look a bit chunky in those photos. But he is nowhere near as fat as Taft, and in more recent photos Trump doesn't look quite as fat. Hillary was a fatass herself.

But Donald Trump does not live in Virginia so he is totally irrelevant to this topic.
