Canadians Won't Use US Steel for Pipeline

The Canadians already purchased the steel for the Keystone pipeline. It is not financially viable to buy US steel or to use US workers in Canada. Again, Trump lies.

As soon as it crosses the border into the US, it will be US workers and US steel. That's about 80% of the pipeline's total length.
