Can someone explain how this is a good thing for the American people? A major point in Trump's narrative was ridding Washington of corruption and crooked politicians. This is a huge step in the opposite direction.

The only thing the Congressional ethics committee does is complain about congressmen getting being paid brides and having sex with paiges.
