The FBI believes that Brancord's DNA was also on a burning cigarette butt found at the curb of Dunning's mailbox.

It's not unusual for the Va. Court of Appeals to grant an appeal in a high profile case. Granting an appeal only means that the defendant will get to argue for an appeal, not that there's a reversal. Severance has a long, long way to go.

Look through the docket of the Virginia Court of Appeals. You will find case after case where the court granted an appeal and then affirmed the lower court's ruling. Also the jury reaching the wrong result is not ordinarily grounds for an appeal.

I am guessing this is the contradicting picture of Charles and his then-girlfriend on the day of the 3rd shooting. The forum has narrowed that plaza down to somewhere in Ashburn, with the long shadows from her legs indicating about noon time in February.

The above poster indicated that there is no Starbucks with patio anywhere near Del Ray.. It also doesn't appear to be the Starbucks in Woodbridge where Josef Kirby claimed he was, or wasn't, at the time of his father's death in November.

in regard to the comments on Bryan Porter - he has a pattern and practice of tampering with the Grand Jury. As of the March 16th appellate hearing in Alexandria, the judge said he would make a decision to overturn in 1-3 months. On April 12th, the judge hath so far overturned 3 of the 8 motions entered in by appellate attorney James Hundley:

-Motion to disconnect the decade old Dunning case: Overturned 4.12.17
-Motion to strike 'dog walking' witness Marlene Wahowiak. Wahowiak did NOT tell the court that she and Judge Bellows previously worked together in the 2001 stolen documents case of nuclear scientist Wen Ho Lee in Alamagordo, New Mexico: Struck 4.12.17
-Motion to strike Janet Dorcas Franko. Surviving caretaker who did NOT mention anything about a beard nor facial hair in the initial police reports. "DF" also said the weapon was a "big black semiautomatic". Only gun Severance had access to was small and silver mini revolver purchased by realtor Linda Robra. Struck 4.12.17

Other motions on the docket:
-Motion to further investigate 3rd Party Suspects. At time of shooting, Charles Ross had his hands full with cold case homicide detectives from Maine. Reason unknown.
-Motion to investigate delivery schedules / timetables from ZG Trucking: 6923 Deer Run Dr Alexandria VA. A subsidiary of FedEx Ground. (November 9th-November 11th 2013). Reason unknown.

This time around still may not be a cake-walk for Severance. In fact, appellate attorney James Hundley's job just got much worse. The prosecution in the appellate case now have on their hands what they deem to be a complete and total "jackpot".

With the help of a recent raid conducted by the FBI at the Park Fairfax post office, prosecutors have been sifting through thousands of pages of jail house letters between Severance and Malycke. Mostly a lot of babble regarding the NASCAR, Monster Jam, and the Washington Nationals, but hidden underneath seems to reveal several "coded messages". Transcripts of late night jailhouse phone calls between none other than Natalie Keepers, David Eisenhauer, and Charles Severance.

Detectives in the appellate case will without a doubt bring up the mystery man that Charles Severance met at DiCarlo's Pizza in downtown Wheeling. Just blocks away from the Knights Inn, hotel manager Anand Patel told WTOV that Severance was seen handing a good-size dark bag to a much younger man at the nearby pizza shop.

A reporter for WTOV-Wheeling said the man was much too fit to be Ray Kroll. The LetsRun forum narrowed the "Robert Kardashian stunt-double" as either Alex Malycke, who was confirmed by WJLA to be in Wheeling, or Eric Brancord, a longtime Severance friend and shadowy figure from Cumberland MD.

Alex Malycke's actual father frequently went off to jail when he was growing up in Ashburn. The neighbor on the other side of the tennis courts, was Charles Severance. Severance frequently took the kids to movie nights, Hagerstown Suns baseball games, and the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion.

Malycke's father was arrested again in 2000 and the family moved to the mountains of Western Loudoun. The separation did not end there. In fact, that's when Severance added the Izaak Walton Shooting Range to the agenda.

This is about as weird as it gets. Eric Barncord is either losing his mind at an exponential rate or his schizophrenic episodes are getting that much worse. He now maintains that he will never have to work again because he just agreed to a multi-million dollar, 20 year extension with the Federal Government to store even more Nuclear Waste in his backyard.

CASE ERROR #9:

Re-reading through court transcripts last week, defense atty Joe King indicated that a North American Arms 5-Shot wooden & stainless steel mini-revolver was not the killer's only option, as the prosecution attempted to ram down the jury's throat. King said that because 22LR Cyclone or Subsonic ammunition was used, a 2nd gun could have easily been used as well, a snub-nosed Rohm RG323 six-shot.

This would very easily explain the caretaker's police report of a huge "black gun" during the 3rd shooting. And as for a revolver? It could've been a semi-automatic as well, with the shooter picking up the shell casings before he/she left.

Alexandria PD and FBI are looking into weather this James Hodgekinson was a 3rd Severance crony. Politically motivated, he may have been on orders from Severance to land at the Alexandria baseball field this morning.

Just as former Virginia Tech cross country runner David Eisenhauer goes for sentencing today in SW VA, Virginia State Police has temporarily moved his partner in crime, Charles Severance, to the Supermax Prison just down the rode from Eisenhauer in Wise, VA.

Virginia Prison Officials have announced that the coronavirus has infact stung the Alexandria Serial Killer and he has been transferred to Marion Medical Centre just west of Roanoke over the weekend. The center holds 300 inmates, all of which are on their final days due to medical reasons. Severance was previously held at Red Onion and Wallens Ridge Prison(s).

Funeral announcements will be held in his hometown of Oakton VA.

So the conviction still has not been overturned.

Daytona Beach News Journal now reporting that this same guy that was a star witness in the Alexandria Serial Killer Case is now expected to be a key witness in the upcoming Daytona Beach Serial Killer Case as well, and is expected to take the stand for the defense on May 23rd when the case here in Volusia County FL finally goes to trial. What Alex Malycke will say and what he saw remains a mystery.

Court records and gym keyfabs show both Robert Tyrone Hayes, then a 2005 college student at Daytona's Bethune Cookman College and Malycke, then a 2005 flight student at Daytona's Embry Riddle Aeronautical University not only shared the same gym space, but worked weekends at NASCAR's ARC Dehooker fishing lines factory out on 1870 Mason Ave across from the speedway.

Not long after, the body of Iwana Patton was found in the drainage ditch in the back of the ARC DeHooker factory. A little while later, the body of Julie Green was dumped between the south end of the Embry Riddle Aeronautical University runway and the campus apartments. Work records then show the pair quietly moved up the coast in 2006 to the Charlotte area and were briefly employed by NASCAR's Gunselman Motorsports.

Malycke is either anticipated to be the "hero" that broke up the 5th attack or the mystery friend that worked at nearby GLE Scrap that destructed the guns.

This case goes to the Grand Jury on May 23rd 2020 at 830 am.

Almost four years later and he's still in jail. At this rate his sentence will run before that conviction is overturned.

In addition to 1000+ postcards sent to his parents from various states, FBI agents also used his MentalDisorder.com website to specifically pin down his various locations and motives when mysteriously traveling around from 2006-2011 before moving back to NOVA.

In one webpage, he writes "I have been known to tip the scales in small elections". Authorities used a postcard to track that to Minnesota. In another, he writes about the Finger Lakes in NY State where another town election went array. That night a postcard was sent from Minnesota. While addressing his small comedy tour in Southern CA, he wrote "Big name comedy act, routinely filmed at Laugh Factory in Santa Monica around 2006 or 2007 - CANCELLED - due to crippling incident!". Days later he sent yet another postcard to his parents with the LA zip code on it.

Authorities were also able to retrieve a book he constantly traveled with called "Have Gun, Will Travel" by Richard Boone as well as narrow down the gun he was traveling with, a .380.

The man long-time suspected by police as to either killing Nancy Dunning or greatly assisting Charles Severance in the killing of Nancy Dunning, has been murdered.

Eric Barncord, 52, of Cumberland MD has been found dead in the foyer of his house at 26 Cresap St Cumberland MD. Barncord was found by cousin Morgan Bogard after not hearing from him. Details of the scene have not been officially disclosed. Bogard took the stand in the 2015 '10 Count Case' of Charles Severance, claiming Severance 'couldnt've been in Alexandria in 2003' and 'would've never rode that Amtrak line down the Potomac'.

In reality, detectives painted a whole different picture. They claim that Severance and Barncord 'cooked up' the scheme from their alleyway in Cumberland MD as one would ride the Amtrak into Alexandria while the other drove Barncord's black cadillac. Either way, Severance was caught on tape trailing the victim at the Potomac Yards Target as he was talking on a Verizon cellular burner flip phone to an awaiting Eric Barncord back at Mt Ida Ave in Alexandria. Two neighbors recall the black cadillac parked around the corner. Like this original poster stated, 12 fingerprints went unmatched in the Dunning hit, not belonging to Severance, and DNA on a cigarette butt at Dunning's mailbox did not match either Severance nor the postman.

FBI and IRS agents also believe Severance's lame attempt at a bed and breakfast called 'Chateau Levite' was a front for the money collected from the Dunning hit. City officials in Cumberland MD who will be demolishing the run down house, with holes in the floorboards, have also been asked to comb the property with metal detectors in an attempt to recover both of the North American Arms five-shot wooden and stainless steel mini-revolvers used in each of the three killings.

City officials have recovered several items, text messages, flip phones, and letters in the demolishing of the late Eric Barncord's property in Cumberland MD. Barncord was the back alley neighbor and best friend of Charles Severance.

Apparently there was enough smoke and fire during the actual 2015 '10 Count Case' that a Grand Jury in Fairfax County ordered 'Eric The Viking' to appear in a hearing there, but he somehow wiggled out due to 'medical issues' and 'ambulance travel costs'.

"Life of a Semi-Known, Wealthy Recluse." - Eric Barncord apparently paraded around Cumberland MD in the years after Dunning was killed in 2003. All of the public glamoring apparently came to a screeching halt when Severance was arrested in Wheeling WV on March 2014. Locals in Cumberland say Barncord refused to leave his basement and immediately had food and medication delivered to him by close associates for the remainder of his life.

Neighbors concluded that Barncord's house was one of several quick stops Severance made while on the run. Ray Kroll, who also is now deceased, said also Severance stopped in at his front porch, unannounced. Slumberland Motel and Snyder's Metal Processing in Western Maryland have also confirmed additional mysterious stops.

Looks like this guy has popped up again, this time fighting away in the Ukraine. Ironically, at the same time Severance gets upgraded from Marion Correctional Institution to Greenville, a lesser security prison.

Alex Malycke, a native of Kharkiv and a 2016 NASCAR West driver, is in a battalion that has apparently captured a Russian jet, a tank, and an extensive amount of radar equipment.

Rumours quickly circulating that a stash of Severance's old guns are being used in the eastern Donbass region against the Soviets. After all, it was a dangly Severance that appeared at the Russian Embassy in 2014..

More pictures trickling in from Al-Jazeera News. It appears the International Legion of Ukraine and Alex Malycke have taken over a remote Russian airfield and another radar system about 2.21km NNE of Dnipro.

While at the Greenville Correctional Center south of Richmond, Severance has opened up an apparent steady line of communication with the Russian Embassy and Vladimir Putin's right hand man, Dmitry Peskov.

A mysterious caller called into 1067FM this afternoon saying that the ATF had in fact entered a fiery RFK, via use of the DC Fire Department, looking for the missing Severance guns in the basement of the burned out football stadium.
