He was released the next day for that drunk in public charge. Later, on a separate occasion, he was arrested again for a DWI hit and run accident w/maiming. He is in jail still for that charge.
If you didn't know what he was in jail for, how the hell do you know when he's getting out.

what's the maiming part for? I'm vaguely aware of the term but is that a catch-all for hitting someone and causing bodily harm or do you really have to mess someone up permanently

It's like if you cause them to lose an arm and a leg, an eye, their eyesight, or end up retarded.

He appears to be in jail for 180 days for driving on a suspended license last summer. I don't see the maiming incident, unless it happened in another county.

That third dui in 5 years is probably what got him, that's one hell of a rap sheet though.
Oddly enough, I actually met this dude a few times. Buddy of mine grew up a street over from him in FC. Really a good guy, just a little impulsive. I'd forgotten all about the dude till I stumbled on fairfaxunderground, small world I guess.

There were 3 charges heard on 10/8/14, including the third DWI and some accident including injury. It went to a grand jury in Circuit Court. However he was out of jail last December 2015 when he got arrested with BTYB/Maggie Zeh. Then he was back driving again last summer in July 2016.

On Sept 14 2016, he was sentenced to 180 days and there is no appeal noted. December would only be about half of the sentence so maybe he is getting out early on good behaviour?

He hasn't posted here in over 3 years, but was free last summer. Frisky may be the ONLY person who would be better off if he spent more time posting here, and less time driving.

At some point there will be realization that he'll be die if he doesn't change, unless he just kicks the bucket first.
