When they go low,we go high. She deserved several life sentences but in the spirit of reconciliation, this is wise. I think she will still face scrutiny over the fraudulent Clinton foundation and the pay for play scam run on the backs of impoverished Haitians.

The President doesn't have the power to prosecute anyone.
The Justice Department under Trump will likely determine if there is evidence to indict her on charges related to the Clinton Foundation and the other areas currently under investigation.
