Maybe he was too cocky, too sure of the polls, too trusting in the Democratic pundits. No one likes a "know it all", Gerry thought he had all the bases covered, that was his first mistake. He laughed at the Trump supporters and forgot the old idiom: "He who laughs last....". Now he can't even post here, his embarrassment is too great. He got his comeuppance, I just hope he learned a valuable lesson, "Never underestimate the other guy".
