Trump can literally wipe the entire Obama presidency off the books in a month. Obama will have a legacy as the first African American President, but beyond that history will record nothing of his presidency because none of his policy initiatives will survive. Welcome to fantasy island. By the time Trump gets into office large numbers of those here illegally will have filed to remain under some other legally authorized program. Even if the Presidential Orders authorizing the program are revoked on day 1 it will take months for those cases to work through the system.
Meanwhile anything that requires Congressional approval will have to make it through a Senate where the Republican party does not have the votes to prevent a filibuster. They can change the rules, but if they do the Republicans will be screwed the next time the Democrats win control of the Senate.

DACA was done by executive order. There's no legislation required. It was shot down by the courts for the most part anyway, just a matter of revoking it which was being slow walked since the assumption was that Clinton would be in place.
