hard to tell when the site is lying. of course i dont trust the court system to keep records either.

p.s. > $200 credit card "false instrument" is called in the federal law. congress uses "false instruments" daily those sacks of shit. it is only illegal if either deceitful or not paid, and not paid isn't illegal unless there are funds to pay and they are intently not used to pay (which also congress does daily)

i would suppport her recovery from government over-charging (which is absolutely a false instrument) if: she's a good defensive driver without accidents, she does not drive drunk, that her real failure in the big picture is: failure to meet goverment greed, if
