No warrant is needed. Weiner is probably seeking a plea deal to unlawful sexual contact with a minor charges. He will likely be trading information on the woman who abandoned him and the woman she abandoned him for.
This will get very ugly. Jail time for Huma and endless investigations for Hillary.

He is protecting himself. If asked "Did you view any classified material over your laptop?" and he answers: "Yes, Yes I did, on numerous times". Well, that will just about sink the Hillary campaign. Yes, a big error was made by not voting for Bernie. I think most Democrats appreciate that now; but it is "water under the gate".
