Hey, was it for brandishing a firearm? or brandishing a weapon. I'm not sure if they are two different offenses because I'm not a malicious wounding piece of shit but do you remember what the brandishing charge was for?

The deputy who answered the phone said "weapon" which would make sense, since malicious wounding charges usually involve knives, while gunshots usually warrant attempted murder or attempted voluntary manslaughter charges. Unless, of course, she popped a bullet in someone's leg, which could possibly be a malicious wounding charge as well.
