10700 Block of Warwick Avenue – On July 4 at 8:32 AM the resident reported that sometime after 8:00 AM on July 3 unknown person(s) had damaged the rear view mirror on his vehicle which was parked in front of his home.

There is no way her dad would have strangled her, if she didn't live there and she was just stopping by and tying the dog to the porch, while she was there. Her dad and mom are just tired of her turning the house into a wannabe dog rescue and homeless shelter (her dad had enough of that shit, thus flipping out and strangling her). Obviously, Monique was abused and/or neglected as a child, which is the reason why she wants to save every animal and help every homeless person by bringing them home (much to the chagrin of her step father).

Why can't she just live with Kris Kankles?

An anonymous tip have led Baltimore Police to positively identify Monique Wells as one of the Baltimore rioters. Seen here in the red jacket and gray hoodie, Monique was partially responsible for the destruction of a police cruiser.


Baltimore Police have issued felony warrants for her arrest for destruction of property greater than $1000, interference with police duties, and public mayhem.
